1. Establish a connection to VMN Storage

	Start the VMN Storage File Manager and click on the Connect icon located on the toolbar or press CTRL+W. This will bring up the VMN Storage connection.
	Double click on VMN Storage to establish the connection. Once the connection is established, you will see two panels. The left panel is for your local files and the right panel is for the files located on your private space. enlarge (+)

2. Upload files

Select the desired files to be uploaded on the left panel. The left panel shows your local folder hierarchy. Use the navigational toolbar to navigate through your folders and find the desired files.

Once your files are selected, click on the Copy to Right arrow located between the two panels.

You can create folders on your remote space (the right panel) to organize your files.

You can download files from your remote space to your local computer. Use the Copy to Left arrow.

3. Watch the progress of the transfer

You can watch the Progress window to track the transfer speed and progress. Press F12 to bring up the Progress window.

You can also click on the Queue tab to see which files are pending transfer.
